Instructional Design
I started my career with a start-up in India, as a "Multimedia Intern", multitasking as an Instructional Designer, Content Strategist, Writer, Audio & Video Editor, Project Manager and so on. I had a more defined role of an Instructional Designer at Accenture and thereafter a broader role of a Lead Instructional Designer and Project Manager at Northern Trust. As an Instructional Designer, most of my past learnings had been on-the-job, while working remotely but closely with International teams and clients from around the world. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work on a wide array of projects for diverse industries and in multiple roles.
